Our In-House Joinery Workshop
Here’s why having an in-house workshop actually matters to you.
When a company outsources joinery, they lose control. The main contractor orders the cabinets, the subcontractor buys the cheapest boards they can find, the edge-banding is done by hand with a glue gun, and by the time it gets to your site, the dimensions are off by a few centimeters. Then they try to hide the gap with a thick line of silicone.
We don’t do that. Because we own the factory, we control every single step. We buy the raw boards (18mm thick, not the flimsy 16mm stuff). We cut them on precision CNC machines. We apply factory-grade edge banding that won’t peel off when the AC hits it. And we do the final quality check before it ever goes on the truck.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build custom joinery?
Usually, it takes 3 to 5 weeks from the day you approve the final shop drawings and pay the advance. If it’s a massive villa with kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities all at once, it might take 6 to 8 weeks. We’ll give you an exact date in the contract, and we stick to it.
Do you just do the woodwork, or do you handle the whole room?
We can do just the joinery if you already have an interior designer or contractor. But since we’re a full fit-out company, most clients ask us to handle the whole room. We’ll do the civil works, the flooring, the painting, and then install our custom joinery at the very end so it doesn’t get scratched by the painters.
Can I come and see the workshop before I hire you?
Absolutely. We actually prefer it. Come to Al Quasais Industrial 2. We’ll show you the machines, the raw materials, and some of the pieces we’re currently building. It’s the best way to see the difference between a real factory and a guy with a table saw.
What hardware do you use for drawers and doors?
We don’t use unbranded, cheap hinges. We standardize on Blum, Hettich, or Hafele. They cost a bit more, but they come with a lifetime mechanical warranty. When a drawer glides shut silently and smoothly ten years from now, you’ll be glad we used them.
What happens if something gets damaged during installation or breaks later?
We have a 12-month warranty on all our joinery and hardware. If a hinge breaks, a drawer runner gets stuck, or the paint chips, you just WhatsApp us. We’ll send a technician to fix it. We build it right the first time, but if it needs tweaking, we’ve got your back.
Do you provide the 3D designs for the joinery?
Yes. Before we cut a single piece of wood, our design team creates detailed 3D renders and technical shop drawings. You’ll see exactly how the grain of the wood runs, where the handles are placed, and how the internal shelves are configured. You have to sign off on the drawings before manufacturing starts.
