We're an interior design company in Dubai that actually builds what we design. Our design team sits right next to our joinery workshop in Al Quasais and talks to our site managers every single day. We handle the whole design scope. You don't need to hire a separate space planner, a 3D visualizer, a lighting consultant, and a furniture stylist. We do it all under one roof, and we coordinate everything directly with the guys who are actually going to build it.
Concept Design & Mood Boards
We start by figuring out how you want the space to feel. Modern minimalist? Warm contemporary? We put together mood boards with real materials, fabric swatches, and actual stone samples. Not just pictures pulled from Pinterest. You approve the direction before we move forward.
Space Planning & Layout Optimization
This is where most designers cut corners, and it's where we spend the most time. Space planning isn't just drawing boxes on a floor plan. It's figuring out if you can actually walk past the dining table when all the chairs are pushed in.
Material & Finish Selection
We take you through our material library and help you pick tiles, wood, paint, and fabrics that actually work together. And we only specify materials you can actually get in the UAE market. You won't be waiting three months for a shipment to clear customs.
Lighting design
Lighting is everything. You can spend a fortune on custom wood paneling, but if you put harsh, cool-white downlights everywhere, it's going to look like a hospital corridor. We layer the light. Ambient for the base, task for the counters, accent to highlight the cool stuff.
Custom Furniture & Joinery Design
This is our bread and butter. Our designers create bespoke kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, and TV units that are manufactured in our own Al Quasais workshop.
Styling & Soft Furnishing
Once the build is done, we style the space with rugs, cushions, artwork, and plants to give it that finished, lived-in feel.
Space Planning & 3D Visualisation
Let's talk about this specifically, because it's where most projects go off the rails.
Space planning is basically playing Tetris, but if you mess up, you're stuck with a bad layout for five years. It's about understanding how you move through a room, where the natural light hits at 4 PM, and how much storage you actually need.
3D visualisation is just how we make sure you and we are on the exact same page. We use industry-standard software to create renders that look like actual photographs. You can see the exact shade of paint, how the marble veining lines up on your kitchen island, and what the room looks like at night with the lights on.
We typically deliver 3 to 5 rendered views per major space. You can ask us to change the sofa color or swap the wood finish, and we'll update the model. Most clients approve it after the first or second round. If you want to go all out, we also do 360° virtual tours where you can literally walk through the space on your phone.

How much does interior design cost in Dubai?
Honestly, it depends on the scope. But I'll give you a ballpark so you aren't flying blind. For a full design package on a standard 2-bed apartment, you're looking at AED 15,000 to 25,000. A villa is usually 35k to 70k depending on size. We give you a fixed number upfront. No hourly billing where we drag it out to make more money.
How long does the design phase take?
For a standard apartment or small office, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks from the first meeting to the final technical drawings. Villas and bigger commercial spaces usually take 6 to 10 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline on day one.
Do I have to use you for the build if I hire you for design?
Nope. You own the final drawings and 3D visuals. You can take them to any contractor you want. That said, about 80% of our design clients hire us for the build too, because it's just simpler and the design gets executed exactly as intended.
Can you work with my existing architect's drawings?
Absolutely. If you already have architectural plans, we'll use them as the base and layer the interior design on top. We'll coordinate directly with your architect to make sure everything lines up.
What if I don't like the first design concept?
That's what the revision process is for. We include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions in our standard package. We'll adjust layouts, swap materials, change color schemes — whatever it takes. Most clients are happy after the second round.
Do you help with furniture sourcing?
Yes. We can source loose furniture, lighting, and rugs for you from local UAE suppliers or our international network. We mark up sourced items transparently, or you can just buy directly using our shopping list. Your choice.
Can you design in any style?
We work across all styles. Contemporary, modern minimalist, classic luxury, industrial, Arabic majlis. We'll just match the style to your taste and the architecture of the building.
